Since then, within the symphonic section he has participated in Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana; Georges Bizet’s Carmen; Ros Marb\u00e0’s Un Concert Desconcertant; Duke Ellington’s The Sacred Concert; Gustav Mahler’s 3a Symphony, John Rutter’s Mass of the children etc. together with the Orquestra de Val\u00e8ncia, Jove Orquestra Nacional de Catalunya, Orquestra Filharm\u00f2nica de la Universitat de Val\u00e8ncia, Sedajazz Big Band Orchestra, etc. They have participated in festivals, choral exchanges and concerts throughout Spain (Val\u00e8ncia, Barcelona, Segovia, \u00c1vila, C\u00e1ceres, Teruel, Alicante, etc.) as well as in Estonia (P\u00e4rnu), Norway (Bergen), France (Lyon, Vaison-la Romaine), Italy (L’Alguero, Montecatini), Portugal (Lisbon), Germany (Cologne, Solingen), etc. Invited by the Die Wiener S\u00e4ngerknaben on their tour of Spain, they shared the stage with them at the concert offered in the city of Valencia. In 2013 we changed our name. 40 singers, aged 34 to 76 years, rehearse weekly and perform with enthusiasm in our homeland and abroad. From 1998 to 2022 we took part in 5 international competitions and 5 international Choir meetings – (Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Germany) \u2013 we returned home with bronze and silver diplomas. Numerous appearances in our city and surrounding area, in the district and country at the highlights of social life are an integral part of our Choir work. In February 2012 our trip took us to Namibia \u2013 a concert in a German Church with the \u201eMaranatha Singers\u201c from Windhoek was a very special highlight for us. In Grootfontein we delivered the donations we had brought with us to 3 kindergartens \u2013 that\u00b4s what we had specially rehearsed Lorenz Maierhofer\u00b4s \u201eEthno-Mass for Peace\u201c. We are a bunch of active and enthusiastic singers. From the young to the younger and the young at heart, we are represented across the board. We currently have 27 active members between the ages of 30 and 85. Our connection in music leads us to a joint singing rehearsal every Thursday, whereby the subsequent cozy part is not neglected. The Diegten Choir was founded in 1933. At that time, the men’s choir and the women’s choir of Diegten merged and became a mixed choir. Over the years, the choir has developed steadily and today achieves a broad regional appeal with a versatile repertoire of songs (folk songs, yodelling songs and dialect pop in the 4 national languages, Rock\u2019n roll, international pop songs, hits and chansons, church and Advent songs, gospel, country songs, folk songs from other countries).\u00a0 Since mid-2010, Matthias S. Kr\u00fcger (conductor, composer, piano, organ) has led the Diegten Choir in the musical field by a personality who continuously leads the choir to new shores with charm and determination. For example, the choir participated in concert performances at the Swiss Singing Festivals in Meiringen (2015) and in Gossau\/St. Gallen (2022) as well as at the Prague Choir Meeting in the Czech Republic in 2018. The choir born as an \u201cAlpine choir\u201d, made of male\u2019s voices only and of a classic mountain and war\u2019s songs. The time passes and\u00a0 the choir extends the repertoire to popular songs about Venetian Lands and femail voices enter in the group. With the current director Federico Donadoni , the choir bring a more modern repertoire. The concerts activity is full of exibitions in Italy and abroad for many important festival and conveign. Maria di Zevio” Musical Association was founded on 18 January 2010 under the presidency of our baritone Fulvio Piccoli, on the solid roots of the pre-existing “Coro Euterpe”, which takes the name “enchanting” from the homonym Greek muse. It is a male choir with equal voices, born in S. Maria di Zevio (VR) in 1981 with Bepi Andreoli, who directed it for about thirty years, with the success of some awards. Since 2009 the director has been Music Master Gianluca Brigo; since 2019 the president is Vincenzo Zucchetti. The repertoire includes popular songs from not only the Italian regional tradition, especially Northern and Sardinian, but also European (English, French, German, Russian). It was founded in 2019 by a group of singers who already animated the liturgical celebrations of the parish of San Bartolomeo delle Montagne, in the province of Verona. The repertoire ranges from sacred music to traditional folk and mountain songs, performed both a cappella and with instruments. During the restrictions period due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the choir devoted itself exclusively to the animation of liturgical celebrations in the parish. In 2023, it also resumed its concert activity. Handel and Giuseppe Verdi. For popular singing he particularly prefers the compositions of Bepi De Marzi. He sang in the Basilica of St. Peter in the Vatican and in many of the most famous sanctuaries of Umbria, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. The Choir has had several conductors, who have enriched its repertoire, always opening up new horizons. The choir \u00a0has participated in various international choral festivals including Prague, Salzburg, Amsterdam, Cork and Val Pusteria, enjoying success and enthusiasm everywhere.
In its musical journey, Singtonia has recorded 6 CDs, the last one \u201cUn Mondo di Musica\u201d in 2021.
The choir’s repertoire is mainly based on Ethnic and Pop music performed a cappella, but it merges and contaminates choral music with other arts such as cinema and theatre. In fact it created some video clips sung and acted by the choristers themselves.
Singtonia concerts are joyful and engaging, true \u201csonorous-shows” made of voices, percussion, body-percussion, choreographies and a touch of irony and theatricality.<\/p>\n
It originated in the context of the 60th anniversary of Cantate Domino in 2019. The founder of the choir, Reverend Canon Micha\u00ebl Ghijs, was a great source of inspiration for the singers of Canticum Novum, all of whom he taught to discover a love for music.
Music connects people, was Reverend’s conviction, and remains so for Canticum Novum. In that context, the choir, upon the invitation of our well-respected conductor Albert Morland, embarked on a highly successful concert tour in South Africa from April 1 to April 16, 2023.
In addition to religious music, virtually all genres are covered. The joy of being together and singing together is paramount.
The choir is under the direction of Andries De Winter.<\/p>\n
In 2018, the choir made its first trip abroad. The choir visited two partner schools in Poland and in Germany, and in 2019 the choir participated in the Festival Garda Estate. During the pandemic, fortunately, it was possible to sing on several occasions in Denmark. In 2022 the choir revisited the Festival Garda Estate. That year the girls had the honour to sing for the Queen of Denmark, Margrethe II, at her Majesty\u2019s private lunch party at Soroe Academy. 2023 The Soroe Academy\u2019s Girls Choir attended a master class with the professional English vocal group \u201cVoces8\u201d and had the wonderful experience to perform together with the English group at a concert. Later the choir went to Brandenburg, Germany to sing at two concerts. The choir is now looking forward to meeting new friends again and carrying the singing out to a wide audience.<\/p>\n
They have performed all over Galicia, Spanish cities and in Lorient, Lisbon, Porto and Prague. They have also participated in choral competitions in Vigo, Ourense, Tui or on Galician television, winning important prizes.
In 2016 they took part in the performance of Handel’s THE MESSIAH with the Symphonic Orchestra of Galicia.
They participate in the choral concerts of the COUNCIL OF VIGO organised by ACOPOVI, highlighting their participation in all the editions of the Habaneras Vigo Festival.
They have more than 30 mixed voices which, together with their conductor, work on a wide repertoire ranging from religious music, zarzuelas, operas, Christmas carols, habaneras or popular songs.<\/p>\n
The repertoire of the Coro Lirico San Giovanni includes the most famous songs for Choir and Orchestra by Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Georges Bizet, J. Offenbach, Gaetano Donizetti, Pietro Mascagni, Gioachino Rossini, Vincenzo Bellini, P. Iljic Tchaikosky and Mikis Theodorakis, and others, as well as unforgettable pages of the most beautiful scores, composed by one of the most famous Italians in the world, Ennio Morricone, recently awarded the oscar, and Florian Hans Zimmer.
The full choir his vast devoting great attention to sacred music, performing works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Franz Schubert, Georg Friedrich Handel, Felix Mendelssohn, Lorenzo Perosi, Antonio Salieri, Antonio Vivaldi, Benedetto Marcello and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and many more.<\/p>\n
The Choir has also made her debut in costume works such as BARBIERE DI SIVIGLIA by Rossini and CAVALLERIA RUSTICANA by Mascagni, directed and stage design by Luigi Barilone, in the city Guastalla (RE), in the city Rovereto (TN) and in the city Valeggio sul Mincio (VR), and in autumn 2016, in two other prestigious investments at Teatro Ristori Verona, still with BARBIERE DI SIVIGLIA by Rossin and DON GIOVANNI by W.A. The Choir has performed in the city of Fiume (CROATIA), at the Italian Community of Fiume, for some years now holding a fruitful exchange of reciprocal visits.
The Conductor Andrea Cristofolini<\/strong>, born in Marebbe (Bolzano), graduated in piano at the Bolzano Conservatory of Music.
He then continued his studies at the Vienna Academy of Music, specializing in composition and orchestra conducting.
He taught orchestral exercises for two years at the Trieste Conservatory.
From 1985 to 2021, he worked at the Fondazione Arena di Verona, first as maestro di sala and prompter and then, since 1995, as maestro del Coro.
He has carried out an intense concert activity as a pianist, devoting himself mainly to contemporary and chamber music, performing in many countries in Europe.<\/p>\n
The Choir repertoire ranges from the \u00a0 15th<\/sup> century till our days, going through composers\u00a0 such as Palestrina, Bach, A. Scarlatti, Mozart, Mendelssohn, and English carols,\u00a0 folk songs, rearranged modern songs and\u00a0 Gospel.\u00a0 Beside the liturgical engagement, the choir also performs a concert activity by participating in different events and obtaining\u00a0 great\u00a0 appreciation\u00a0 for\u00a0 the\u00a0 preparation\u00a0 and its vocalism.

<\/em>The Choir receives not only the\u00a0 Montichiari\u00a0 inhabitants’ affection\u00a0 but also widespread\u00a0 approval.
The\u00a0 San Pancrazio Choir\u00a0 also performed\u00a0 several\u00a0 concerts in the National\u00a0 Territory.<\/p>\n\n
The Zevian Music Master Gianluca Brigo (1983) graduated in piano under the guidance of concert pianist Vittorio Bresciani at the “F. E. Dall’Abaco” Conservatory in Verona; there he also specialized as a pianist collaborating with singers. In addition to the “Citt\u00e0 di Soave” Choir (Verona) and “Santissima Trinit\u00e0” of Volon di Zevio, Music Master Brigo directs the “Maria Callas” Lyrical-Interpretative Academy, organizing, with other Music Masters, concerts and music courses.<\/p>\n
In recent years the Choir has participated in events and reviews throughout the Veneto, but also beyond the regional borders. In particular, in 2003 and 2004 it performed at the 2nd and 3rd Festival of Venetian Choral. In 2005 it gave two concerts in Tourenne (France). In 2006, 2007,2010 and 2018 it participated in the European Choral Singing Festival “Citt\u00e0 di Soave”. In 2009 it performed in Heves (Hungary). In 2012 he animated in Rome the official celebrations for the 69th anniversary of the battle of Nikolajewka and those for the 100th<\/p>\n
Since 2007 the choir has been directed by Maestro Filiberto Zanella, with whom it has faced international folklore songs and contemporary songs. Since 2014 Mr. Zanella has availed itself of the collaboration of Maestro Manuel Canale, who has enriched the liturgical repertoire with effervescent pieces from the 19th century and of modern sensibility.
The Choir regularly collaborates in the initiatives of the “Alpini Group” of Breganze and in the most significant local events. On the occasion of the “Fiera di San Martino” it organizes the “Autumn Concerts”, evenings of folk songs, alpine and mountain songs, sacred and profane polyphony.<\/p>\n
