The Coral Polif\u00f3nica del Sporting Club Casino de A Coru\u00f1a made their first concert in march of 1992, under the direction of Joaqu\u00edn Grau Murcia.This group is a sociocultural activity of the Sporting Club Casino, taking part in concerts and other acitvities of the society founded in 1890, and anywhere else when the group is required.
The Coral Polif\u00f3nica del Sporting Club Casino de A Coru\u00f1a have performed in theatres like Rosal\u00eda de Castro, Col\u00f3n and \u00c1gora, also in TV programns of the galician television, at the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, and different cities across Spain and Portugal like Aveiro and Vila Nova de Cerveira.In 1994 took part at the XL Certamen Internacional de Habaneras de Torrevieja (Alicante) and in 2015 in the XXXII Certamen Coral Internacional \u201cVilla de Avil\u00e9s\u201d.By 1993 the group obtained the first prize in the VI Certamen de Corales Liceo de Noia, with the actual director Santiago P\u00e9rez Bernal. By 1997 for the AquariumFinisterraede A Coru\u00f1a and under the direction of Carlos Veira Penoucos, they recorded the CD \u201cCanciones de la Mar\u201d.
In 2010 took part in the recording of the CD \u201cVoces na Cidade Meiga\u201d for the NGO Ecos do Sur; in 2011 collaborated in the benefic gala \u201cGotas de Vida\u201d and in 2015 they showed their original show \u201cEn Katiuskas\u201d. In 2016 they sang as invited choir in the \u201cMes\u00edas Participativo\u201d with the Orquesta Sinf\u00f3nica de Galicia under the direction of Paul Goodwin. In 2017 with the Real Filarmon\u00eda de Galicia under the direction of Daniel Reuss and in 2018 again with the Orquesta Sinf\u00f3nica de Galicia under the direction of Carlos Mena.<\/p>\n
Juan Bern\u00e1 is the director since 2010.<\/p>\n
